- Meatball Ingredients
- 1 cup of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of fine flour
- ½ cup of cornflour
- 1 teaspoon of aging moto
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- Vegetable Curry Ingredients
- 1 carrot, cut into round pieces
- 1 green onion
- 1 onion, cut into square pieces
- 1 cup of cauliflower, cut into long thin pieces
- ¼ cup of chicken broth or water
- ½ cup of cornflour
- ½ cup of oil
- ¾ cup of tomato ketchup
- ½ cup of vinegar
- ½ cup of sugar
Instructions
- Mix the meatball ingredients and make walnut-size balls
- Heat oil and fry all vegetables.
- Now add all spices and cook for some time before adding chicken or shrimp balls.
- Add cornflour paste at the end.
- When the soup is thick, remove from heat and serve hot.
