Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (minced turkey)
1 medium sweet onion
1 can tomato - diced 32 ounce can
2 cans black beans - depends on how many you like
1 packet chili powder (chilli powder in British English) - or 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper - to taste
Instructions
- First thing is to saute the ground beef until cooked. Near the end, throw in the onions to soften a little.
- Put the ground beef and onions in the crock pot. Add diced tomatoes and black beans. Stir in chili powder.
- Let it cook all day on low.
