So for today, I was really craving some burgers, but then one thing turned out to be another and soon I was making pizza. And it turned out to be really yummy and non-eggy. I’m sure you will love this homemade low-carb pizza recipe as much as I do.
The low-carb pizza turned out great, mainly because of the mushrooms and chicken mince.
Mushrooms are becoming my favourite. If you add them to anything, they increase the volume with very few calories and carbs. And they taste delicious. I am deciding to experiment with mushroom soups. Let’s see if I can get a low carb soup in the coming days. For now, enjoy this homemade pizza recipe that I know you will love.
