Who doesn’t like to eat Chinese food? Chinese food is too good–I always have it every week. I especially love having mixed Chinese fried rice. It has everything so you can enjoy more flavours than having only one dish. And the best thing about ut is you can easily make it at home. And here’s a recipe you should try.

Ingredients
 
 

Mixed Chinese Fried Rice Ingredients

  • rice1 ½ cup white rice
  • Chicken mince1 cup ground chicken (minced chicken)
  • raw shrimp¼ cup shrimp (prawn)
  • Red pepper1 cup red pepper (red capsicum)
  • Carrot vegetable with leaves½ cup carrot - sprouts
  •  
    ¼ cup cabbage seeds
  • Ripe yellow onion on a white background¼ cup yellow onion
  •  
    ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  •  
    ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • chicken egg5 medium eggs
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • wooden bowl of salt1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh lemon juice, Juice of squeezed lemons with pulp in wooden bowl½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • soy sauce bottles2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • green onion, spring onion2 tablespoons spring onions
  • Glass bowl of olive oil isolated on white background2 tablespoons olive oil

Chicken Marinade Ingredients

  • soy sauce bottles½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • wooden bowl of salt1 teaspoon salt
  •  
    ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
  •  
    ¼ teaspoon garlic paste
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top⅙ teaspoon ground black pepper

Eggs Ingredients

  • soy sauce bottles½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ketchup½ teaspoon ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top⅙ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • wooden bowl of salt1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rice and drain the water. Now let the water heat up in the pot. When the water is hot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to the rice.
  • When the rice is 80% to 90% cooked, pour it into a sieve, drain it, and wash it with cold water.
  • Then mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper with the chicken.
  • Mix the eggs with the soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Fry the eggs in a pan and place them on a plate. Now fry the remaining oil in a pan with ginger and garlic. When the ginger and garlic are cooked, add marinated ground chicken and shrimp.
  • After 1 or 2 minutes, fry the vegetables for a while. Serve with onions. When everything is cooked, add pepper and soy sauce. (Soy sauce can also be served at the last minute of cooking.
  • Now mix it all with rice and fried eggs. If you need salt, add salt. At the last moment, take it out of the oven by shaking it a little with spring onion and lemon juice. Serve hot.
