Tasty Beef and Artichoke Pasta
This beef and artichoke pasta is a special pasta dish you must try now. I guarantee you that all your friends will love it when they get a taste of it.
Ingredients
3 sprays (affiliate link)olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese - grated
12 ounces ground beef (minced beef)
8 medium tomatoes - no-salt-added, sliced crosswise into quarters
1 ½ teaspoon (affiliate link)mixed herbs (usually Thyme, Marjoram, Oregano, Parsley, Sage, Basil) - Italian
½ cup tomato juice - no-salt-added
2 tablespoons (affiliate link) tomato paste - mixed with 1/4 cup of water
¼ cup water
1 cup Mozzarella cheese - part-skim milk, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cook your pasta according to the package directions for al dente, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain well.
- Brown the beef and stir in the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Italian herbs, tomato juice, and tomato paste-water mixture.
- Add the drained pasta and mix gently.
- Place in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle evenly with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pasta in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
