Ingredients
 
 

  • Raw meat mince2 ¼ pound ground beef (minced beef)
  • garlic4 cloves garlic - minced
  • wooden bowl of salt1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • white onion3 tablespoons white onion - grated
  • ground cumin1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • allspice powder and wooden spoon½ teaspoon ground allspice (also called pimento or Jamaican Pepper)
  • Heap of Cayenne pepper¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Heap of ground ginger¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • plain yogurt1 cup plain yogurt
  • garlic1 tablespoon garlic - minced
  • Fresh lemon juice, Juice of squeezed lemons with pulp in wooden bowl2 tablespoons lemon juice
  •  
    3 small red chili peppers - optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the meat and the spices altogether. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Shape it into cylinders like fat weiners.
  • Put it on your grill. Char grill is always better. It’s best to skewer it with bamboo skewers or barbecue sticks so you can flip it easily then set them on the grill. Brushing it with vegetable oil or olive oil until cooked through. It should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • As for the garlic yogurt sauce, mix plain yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add chili peppers if you want it to be spicy.
