  • Raw Meat Mince1 pound ground beef (minced beef)
  • Chicken Egg1 medium egg
  • Mustard Isolated On White Background. Top View2 teaspoons mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Coarse Sea Salt Top View1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • Dried Garlic½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Glass Bowl Of Olive Oil Isolated On White Background1 tablespoon olive oil - virgin olive oil
  • Cheddar Cheese Block, Paths4 slices cheddar cheese
  •  
    4 medium pretzel buns
  • Arugula Leaves1 bunch Arugula - for toppings
  • Tomatoes1 medium tomato - sliced, for toppings
  • Red Onion1 medium red onion - sliced, for toppings
  • Ketchup4 tablespoons ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK) - for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to a big skillet over medium heat.
  • Add patties and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Place one cheese slice on top of every patty; cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with buns and your favorite toppings!
