2 medium carrots - peeled and thinly sliced
2 large potatoes - cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 cup green beans - bite-size pieces
1 pound ground beef (minced beef)

½ teaspoon thyme - dried

Instructions
- Put everything in a slow cooker. Cover and cook over low setting for 5 hours or until beef is tender.
