Hearty Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
These turkey taco lettuce wraps are my go-to lettuce wraps. These are so easy to prepare and make a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey (minced turkey)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup guacamole - homemade
- 1 cup tomato - chopped
- ½ cup Greek yogurt - plain
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 5 tablespoons Hot sauce - optional
Instructions
- Start by browning your turkey meat, adding the seasoning and some water. Once done, set it aside to cool a little.
- Next, chop up your tomato, rinse your black beans, make your guacamole, and get your lettuce ready!
- Start layering your lettuce wraps! I added black beans first, then turkey meat, hot sauce, salsa, tomatoes, plain greek yogurt, and topped each wrap with guacamole.
