Ingredients
 
 

  • Raw Meat Mince1 pound ground beef (minced beef)
  • Ripe Yellow Onion On A White Background1 medium yellow onion - diced
  • Crushed Tomatoes1 can passata or crushed tomatoes (tomato puree with seeds removed)
  • Ketchup8 ounces ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • Red Chilly Peppe15 ounces red chili (red chilli in British English)
  • Fresh Sweet Corn1 can corn - kernel, including the liquid
  • Taco Seasoning1 packet taco seasoning
  •  
    1 cup corn chips
  • Cheddar Cheese Block, Paths1 cup cheddar cheese - grated
  • Bowl Of Sour Creamcup sour cream
  • Black Olives1 tablespoon black olives
  • Avocados Isolated1 big avocado

Instructions
 

  • Brown meat and onion, drain excess grease.
  • Combine all ingredients (including cooked meat/onion) in a slow cooker, stir well.
  • Set slow cooker on low. Let cook until simmering for about 3 to 4 hours. You can even cook overnight on low, and it is delicious as leftovers. The longer it simmers, the more delicious it tastes!
  • Add favourite toppings and serve!
