Ingredients
- 1 ½ kilograms ground beef (minced beef)
- 15 medium green chilis (green chilli in British English) - thin lengthwise slices
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 8 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper - chopped
- 1 teaspoon white pepper - powdered
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate meat in all ingredients except oil and chillies for 1 hour.
- Put the meat in the hot oil and stir fry.
- In another pan, fry the green chillies and add them to the meat.
- Sprinkle the sesame oil on the cooked meat and serve hot.
