Tantalising Miso Beef Bowl Recipe
Miso mixes very well with all ingredients and beef is, of course, no exception. Cook this recipe and enjoy a delicious miso beef bowl!
Ingredients
- ⅜ pound ground beef (minced beef) - sliced・ 4 cm length
- ½ medium yellow onion - 1-2 cm batonnnet chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon ginger - chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon garlic - chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- ¾ pound white rice - cooled
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine - white
- 1 tablespoons sugar (white sugar)
Instructions
- Put the ingredients of beef bowl sauce into a bowl and mix them. Blend the miso with 2 tbsp of the sauce mixture.
- Heat cooking oil and stir-fry the garlic and ginger with a frying pan until it’s aromatic.
- Add the beef and fry until browned over high heat. Then, add onions.
- When the onions are softened, add the sauce mixture and cook for about 4 minutes at medium heat.
- Then, add miso and turn off the heat. Serve it over rice.
