Though we didn’t watch the Super Bowl, I did use this weekend as an excuse to make some amazing and easy glazed barbecue meatballs! These are quick, and the recipe is easily adapted for a weeknight dinner or a big party.

Glazed Barbecue Meatballs
These glazed barbecue meatballs are among the easiest meatball recipe I will share in my blog. They are scrupmtious and so filling.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 medium egg
- 1 dash salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce (barbecue sauce)
Instructions
- Start by putting two pounds of ground beef in a large bowl, and let it warm up. If you try and mix it straight out of the fridge, you’ll freeze your fingers. Give it 10 minutes on the counter. I promise it’ll be fine.
- Toss in your one egg, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup panko crumbs.
- Grab your seasonings. I use this, but go ahead and play around with some different spices if you’re feeling adventurous. It’s pretty hard to screw up a meatball.
- Mush it all together until it’s all mixed well. Lay out some foil on a baking sheet.
- I used a small cookie scoop to form my meatballs and laid them all out on the baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake them for 20 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
- Pop them on a plate, cover them in barbecue sauce, and enjoy!
