Ingredients
 
 

  • Turkey Mince1 ½ pounds ground turkey (minced turkey)
  • Ripe Yellow Onion On A White Background1 medium yellow onion - diced
  • Isolated Yellow Bell Peppers1 medium yellow bell peppers (yellow capsicum) - diced
  • Canola Oil1 tablespoon Canola oil
  •  
    2 medium chipotle peppers - minced, in adobo
  •  
    1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • Ketchup15 ounces ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  •  
    15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • Bowl Of Fresh Chicken Broth1 ½ cups chicken stock (chicken broth or chicken bouillon)
  • Dried Garlic1 ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • Red Hot Chili Pepper Powder And Half Isolated On White Background1 ½ tablespoon chili powder (chilli powder in British English)
  • Onion Powder1 ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • Ground Cumin1 ½ tablespoon cumin
  • Raw Organic White Cannellini Beans15 ounces cannellini beans - drained
  • Wooden Bowl Of Salt1 dash salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top1 dash ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper, then cook until onion is translucent for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add turkey and break up the meat with a wooden spoon. Cook until no longer pink.
  • Add chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, tomato sauce, pumpkin and broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil, then lower heat.
  • Add all spices, stir, and cover the pot. Allow to slowly cook for an hour (or more extended if you have the time!)
  • If desired, with 15 to 20 minutes left of cooking, add the beans and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot with your favourite toppings.
