Paleo Meatloaf is a traditionally made recipe. This meatloaf is a filler as it is filled with ground beef meat and other food items, which make it healthy as well as yummy. It can also be made in a variety of ways and methods, involving different ingredients.

It’s an easy, everyday recipe. If you add up extra veggies such as carrots, zucchini and peppers. They will add up flavor to your easy homemade meatloaf.

Ingredients
 
 

TO MAKE THE PALEO MEATLOAF:

  • Raw Meat Mince3 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
  • Chicken Egg1 large egg
  • Ripe Yellow Onion On A White Background1 medium yellow onion
  • Garlic2 cloves garlic
  • Ketchup1 can ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • Wooden Spoon With Almond Meal½ cup almond meal
  • Pile Of Flour Isolated On White Background½ cup all purpose flour (plain flour Australia and UK)
  • Italian Seasoning½ tablespoon Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sometimes basil and parsley)
  • Pile Of Red Paprika Powder1 teaspoon paprika
  • Coarse Sea Salt Top View⅓ teaspoon sea salt
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top½ teaspoon ground black pepper

TO MAKE THE TOPPING OF THE PALEO MEATLOAF:

  • Ketchup1 can ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • Italian Seasoning2 teaspoons Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sometimes basil and parsley)

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl in which you have to combine all the above-mentioned ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 360 degrees.
  • Place meatloaf mixture on a greased pan. Bake for almost an hour until the paleo meatloaf changes its color. Take it out and top it with the tomato sauce. Serve and enjoy.
