Ingredients
- 3 medium red onion - chopped
- 1 big green pepper (green capsicum) - chopped
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 14 ounces tomatoes - diced and undrained
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients into the crockpot and blend properly.
- Cook at very low heat for 7 to 8 hours or high at 3 to 4 several hours. Serve with noodles.
- Put an additional teaspoon or so of paprika if you’d like a bit more spice.
