Comforting Ground Beef Stir-Fry
This ground beef stir-fry is a consistent winner at home. I love making this at home when I want a stir fry for weekend lunch.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small cabbage - purple
- 1 bunch green onions (scallions or green shallots)
- 2 large carrots - grated in food processor
- 1 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
- 4 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (chilli flakes in British English)
- 1 tablespoon ginger - dried
Instructions
- Saute diced garlic. Brown the meat in the garlic.
- Toss everything else in as you like and cook as you like.
- Serve it over steamed brown rice.
