Ground Turkey Taco Meal Prep Bowls is a Mexican cuisine and one of my favorite to cook because, most of the time, it is pretty simple and allows for a lot of flexibility and modification.

- 1 (10 ounces) can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green chilies no salt added

- 3/4 cups corn kernels fresh, canned (no salt added, drained), or frozen (thawed)
- 1 1/4 cup black beans if using canned, drained
