Ingredients
  

  • Raw Meat Mince1 cup ground beef (minced beef) - preferably grass-fed for rich flavor
  • Spinach2 cups spinach - fresh, washed and roughly chopped
  •  
    4 individual flatbreads - store-bought or homemade
  • Mozzarella Cheese Isolated On White Background1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • Red Onion1 medium red onion - sliced thin
  • Glass Bowl Of Olive Oil Isolated On White Background2 tablespoons olive oil - extra virgin
  • Oregano Dried In Wooden Bowl Over White1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Wooden Bowl Of Salt1 teaspoon salt - or to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top½ teaspoon ground black pepper - freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly oiling it.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the minced beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the sliced onions. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
  • Lay the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Distribute the sautéed onions evenly over each flatbread.
  • Top with browned beef mince, followed by chopped spinach. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbreads are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
