  • Glass Bowl Of Olive Oil Isolated On White Background2 tablespoons olive oil - extra virgin recommended
  • Sweet Pepper Red Paprika Powder In Wooden Bowl Over White1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Dried Garlic1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Coarse Sea Salt Top View1 teaspoon sea salt - to taste

Beef Mince Topping

  • Raw Meat Mince500 grams ground beef (minced beef) - grass-fed recommended
  • Ripe Yellow Onion On A White Background1 medium onion - finely chopped
  • Garlic2 cloves garlic - minced
  • Spoon With Tomato Paste Isolated On White Background1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Ground Cumin1 teaspoon cumin
  • Heap Of Dried Coriander Seed And Ground Coriander On White Background1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Bowl Of Beef Bone Stock1 cup beef stock (beef broth or beef bouillon) - low sodium
  • Worcestershire Sauce2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top1 pinch ground black pepper - freshly, to taste

Additional Toppings (Optional)

  • Cheddar Cheese Block, Paths1 cup cheddar cheese - grated
  • Bowl Of Sour Cream½ cup sour cream
  • Green Onion, Spring Onion¼ cup spring onions - sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Toss the cut sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt until well coated.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they don't overlap.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are crispy and golden on the edges, flipping halfway through.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a dash of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • .Add the beef mince to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Stir in the tomato paste, ground cumin, and ground coriander.
  • Pour in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, then season with freshly ground black pepper. Allow it to simmer and reduce for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is thickened and flavorful.
  • Once the sweet potato fries are done, remove them from the oven and arrange them on a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese while the fries are hot, so it starts to melt.Top with the beef mince mixture evenly, followed by dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of sliced spring onions.
