- 200 grams ground beef (minced beef) - tenderloin
- 1 medium red onion - chopped into rings
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ handful arugula
Instructions
- Prepare patty.
- Heat some butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent.
- Lower heat and add balsamic vinegar and sugar.
- Cook until onions are thoroughly wilted and beautifully deep golden brown in colour.
- Assemble burger by spreading some mayo on the bun, then put the patty, top with onions.
- Serve with arugula on the side and some truffle fries if you please.
