Ingredients
- 150 grams ground pork (minced pork)
- 200 grams carrots - sliced thinly
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Wash baby corn with fresh water. Then cut it half in a long length and cut half or into three-piece depending on how long the baby corn is to make it for a mouthpiece.
- Peel garlic the smash, and cut it into pieces.
- Add cooking oil to cover all the pan and warm over medium heat.
- Add garlic until it turns a bit yellow for about 30 seconds.
- Add pork mince, then put 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir and mix with baby corn.
- Turn the heat up to maximum level and put sliced corn and carrots into the pan. Add 1 teaspoon of water.
- Separate the stir-fried corn to the other side of the pan. Then put 2 eggs in the empty middle spot and wait a bit. Then mix eggs with corn.
- Stir fry and mix it all together.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of water to make it not too dry.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, and fish sauce all together. Stir fry until the corn is softened.
