Easy Mexican Chorizo
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork (minced pork) - lean
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (chilli powder in British English)
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix the seasonings into the ground pork. Shape into 5 patties.
- Heat a large skillet with oil over medium to high heat. When the skillet is hot, place the patties and cook them until nicely seared and they are brown in color. Flip the patties and cook to your liking.
