I found this Easy Italian Fennel Beef Sausage to be a delicious beef sausage recipe that anyone can try. It’s not at all tough to make, and the incredible flavor will amaze you. It needs only a few ingredients that could come from your pantry or garden. It tastes authentically like conventional sausage, and with this Italian Fennel Beef Sausage; you have breakfast handled for a few days or more.

Italian Fennel Beef Sausage can be tried alternatively using ground bison, elk, or lamb instead of beef. My busy schedule motivated me to make this beef sausage in bulk and then freeze it. Since it was cooked before freezing, all I need to do is heat it up in a skillet, or even the microwave, then serve. It’s even great for an afternoon snack!

When it comes to cooking times, some might find it trying to babysit the patties on the stovetop. So another choice is to pop the Italian Fennel Beefs in the oven, say for 20 minutes at 400°F. That way, you won’t require any of the cooking fat you’d need for cooking in a skillet, as you’ll find most of the fat is rendered out of the patties. I did enough for a week’s worth of breakfasts, and it was great knowing they were sitting in the freezer, ready for an easy re-heat.

I found that such a great recipe for beef sausage gives me loads of opportunities to eat more meat. Now I definitely have found a breakfast option that includes as much protein as I need. I know that this Easy Italian Fennel Beef Sausage recipe will become a staple for you as it has for me! Simply try with a spice combination that’s more to your taste and add that spark to an otherwise plain beef. It can be ready in just three steps.

First, heat the oil, and then mix all the beef and other ingredients together before forming into approximately 3-inch patties. The third step is to cook over medium heat on each side for three minutes before flipping over. Breakfast sorted! Enjoy with a side of choice veg and fruit and alternate daily with different kinds.

A beef sausage breakfast provides healthy fat for a paleo diet. This is a very versatile recipe and a must-make if sausages are your favorite. Keep tweaking the recipe and fire up your palate by using cinnamon, rosemary, or ginger. For my current batch, I let the mixture of ingredients and beef sit in the refrigerator overnight to get the best flavor. The next morning all I needed to do was shape them into patties and pan fry over medium heat till slightly browned and cooked through.

Try the Italian Fennel Beef Sausages and see how great they turn out. Simple and quick, just like we all love!
