  • Raw Meat Mince1 pound ground beef (minced beef) - (90% lean) ; preferably grass-fed for better flavor
  • Glass Bowl Of Olive Oil Isolated On White Background1 tablespoon olive oil - extra-virgin for a richer flavor
  • Ripe Yellow Onion On A White Background1 medium yellow onion - finely chopped
  • Garlic2 cloves garlic - minced
  • Ground Cumin1 teaspoon cumin - (ground)
  • Sweet Pepper Red Paprika Powder In Wooden Bowl Over White1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Red Hot Chili Pepper Powder And Half Isolated On White Background½ teaspoon chili powder - adjust to taste
  • Coarse Sea Salt Top View½ teaspoon sea salt - or to taste
  • Rice2 cups white rice - (cooked) jasmine or long grain preferred
  • Avocados Isolated2 medium avocados - (ripe) peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes On Vine, Paths1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
  • Big Bunch Of Fresh Green Cilantro Isolated¼ cup cilantro (coriander) - (fresh) roughly chopped
  • Fresh Ripe Lime1 medium lime - cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook for 7–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and sea salt. Mix well and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
  • Meanwhile, reheat or prepare the white rice in a rice cooker or saucepan, and season with a little salt and lime juice if desired.
  • Assemble Bowls: Place a bed of rice in each bowl. Top with a generous scoop of spiced beef, then arrange avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cilantro over the beef. Serve lime wedges on the side.
