  • White Onion1 cup white onion - Chopped finely.
  • Garlic2 cloves garlic - Minced.

    1 cup sweetcorn - Fresh or drained from can.
  • Cheddar Cheese Block, Paths1 cup cheddar cheese - Grated.
  • Sweet Pepper Red Paprika Powder In Wooden Bowl Over White1 teaspoon smoked paprika - Adds a subtle smoky depth.
  • Thyme Herb1 teaspoon thyme - Dried.
  • Bowl Of Fresh Chicken Broth0.5 cup chicken stock (chicken broth or chicken bouillon) - Low sodium.
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper - Freshly cracked.
  • Wooden Bowl Of Salt0.5 teaspoon salt - To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent browning.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
