Healthy Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (minced turkey)
4 cloves garlic - minced
¼ cup yellow onion - finely diced
¼ cup green onions (scallions or green shallots) - sliced thin
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
¼ cup soy sauce - low sodium
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes (chilli flakes in British English) - to taste
¼ cup vegetable oil
