Minced Lamb and Manuka Honey Skewers

1 small onion - grated
2 cloves garlic - finely minced
1 tbsp rosemary - fresh, chopped
1 tsp cumin - ground
0.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt - or to taste
0.5 tsp ground black pepper - freshly ground
1 medium egg
2 tbsp olive oil - for grilling
