Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (minced turkey) - lean
1 handful arugula - finely chopped
1 medium egg
½ cup feta cheese
½ cup red onion - chopped
2 tablespoons garlic - minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 pinch parsley
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add turkey, chopped arugula, feta cheese, red onion, Dijon mustard and garlic into a medium-sized bowl.
- Crack an egg into the bowl and mix together.
- Season with parsley, sea salt, and pepper to your liking.
- Form into 5 patties and cook over stove top or grill until browned on each side.
