This recipe for moist turkey muffin has been go-to for me. It's mini-sized so it's easier to consume and I just love how moist this meatloaf is. Here's the recipe you must try.

Ingredients
 
 

  • turkey mince1 pound ground turkey (minced turkey)
  • chicken egg1 medium egg
  • Ripe yellow onion on a white background1 small yellow onion - grated
  • garlic1 clove garlic - grated
  • White bowl with Dijon Mustard1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • bottle of sauce2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • Carrot vegetable with leaves1 medium carrots - grated
  • Spinach1 cup spinach - finely chopped
  • Fine breadcrumbs, also breading or crispies in wooden bowl⅓ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients by hand.
  • Separate into balls and place in a muffin tin (the silicone muffin pans work great for these as you don’t have to grease them)
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve with your favourite sides and topped with your topping of choice.
