Ingredients
 
 

  • pork mince1 pound ground pork (minced pork)
  • Raw meat mince1 pound ground beef (minced beef)
  • Green onions isolated on white4 stalks green onions (scallions or green shallots) - chopped
  • ground cumin1 teaspoon cumin
  • Oregano dried in wooden bowl over white1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • garlic salt1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Ground black pepper pile, paths, top½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Bowl of sugar½ tablespoon sugar (white sugar)
  •  
    1 cup pimiento - diced
  • tomatoes8 ounces tomato - in can with jalapeños
  • ketchup8 ounces ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)

  • Cook and drain sausage and beef. Add onions, cumi, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, pimiento, tomatoes with jalapeños (or habaneros), and tomato sauce; simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy with bread or chips.
