Instructions
Lightly brown beef in a large saucepan. Drain off excess fat. Add green pepper, onion and garlic. Saute until the onion is transparent.
Get a pot, add the beef, sauted mixture and all of the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover it and and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
