Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix all muffin ingredients together in a large bowl.
Roll the meat mixture into a large meatball size (a little bigger than a golf ball).
Place in an ungreased muffin tin.
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of sauce onto each muffin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it stand 3-4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
