TO MAKE THE MEATLOAF:

ground turkey (minced turkey)

canned pumpkin

chili powder (chilli powder in British English)
*TO MAKE THE KETCHUP GLAZE (optional):

ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)

white vinegar

dried mustard

chili powder (chilli powder in British English)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients by hand until just combined. Don’t over mix.
Dump mixture into a bread pan lightly coated with non-stick spray and form gently into a loaf.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
*If using glaze, whisk all ingredients and pour over meatloaf during the last 30 minutes of bake time.
