¾cupall purpose flour (plain flour Australia and UK) - more if needed
¾poundground beef (minced beef)
2cupsMozzarella cheese - chopped
⅔cupmilk - more if needed

1mediumred onion - finely chopped
1mediumfresno pepper - finely chopped
½tablespoondried yeast - one sachet
1teaspoondried basil
3tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt - or to taste
½teaspoonground black pepper - or to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (air mode).
Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and saute the red pepper pieces, onion and minced beef over high heat for 5 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated.
Let the mixture cool off the heat.
Beat the eggs until frothy - use a hand mixer. The time needed is around 2 minutes.
Gradually add flour and yeast while beating.
Add milk and the remaining oil and continue beating until the mixture is smooth.
Add the cooked beef mince, basil, mozzarella, salt and pepper and stir well with a spatula.
Pour the cake mixture into a non-stick loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
