Jane Simpson
Last weekend after my cancelled match, I moved my enthusiasm over to the kitchen. I made juicy patties and baked potatoes with oranges and lemon.

Instructions
Potatoes
Preheat the oven at 390°F.
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes and mix them in a bowl with all the other ingredients.
Toss them to a baking pan, cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
During these 2 hours you will need to flip and mix the potatoes twice with a spatula or turner. Remember to remove the foil 20 minutes before the end.
Patties
Put all the ingredients for the patties in a bowl and knead.
Shape 6 patties and place them on a hot grill.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side but keep an eye on them in case they need a minute less or more to be properly cooked.
Notes
I used the grill pan to cook the patties over medium heat. They stayed juicy inside.
