My super easy meatloaf sandwich is one of my favorite meals. It brings back sweet memories from my childhood and warm fuzzy feelings!

cut into small cubes

onion soup mix

whole-wheat bread

soaked in skim milk

teaspoon
ground black pepper

eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into the meat with your hands (tearing the milk-soaked bread up into pieces). Do not over mix.
Pour onto a parchment covered cookie sheet and form into an oval shape with your hands. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool completely, sliced and made into sandwiches.
