BBQ sauce (barbecue sauce)

or your other lesser favorite gluten-free BBQ sauce
Instructions
Mix the meat in a large bowl.
Heat a skillet, then add enough meatballs to fill it, without overcrowding.
Brown on all sides, then place in a crock pot.
Continue browning the meatballs while adding BBQ sauce and other ingredients to the crock pot.
Once all the meatballs and ingredients are heating, cover and cook on low for a few hours.
Test the meatballs to make sure they’re fully cooked.
