Place all the meatloaf in a big bowl and mix it. Grease a pan with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Later place the meatloaf in the pan and bake for 40 to 60 minutes. As soon as it changes color, take it out.
Make the sauce while your meatloaf is in the oven. Place the tomato, date and garlic in a blender. Blend it well until it turns smoother. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and boil it. After 8 to 9 minutes, add salt and pour it over turkey meatloaf.
