Peanut Sauce Ingredients

For the party

green onions (scallions or green shallots)

Instructions
Prepare all your veggies, chop them finely and set them aside. Prepare the baby lettuces, chop the end off and separate each leaf to make little cups.
Prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients. You can add more water if you wish to make the sauce more liquid.
Heat a pan with coconut oil, cook the chicken slightly and add the garlic, ginger, chilli paste, salt and pepper.
Stir in the seasonings and let the chicken brown. Add in the soya sauce, rice vinegar and maple syrup, turn down the heat and let it caramelize.
Dish all preparations on the table and let the party begin!
