These Lamb Kofta Meatballs have a slightly exotic taste of the spices. These meatballs would also make great finger food for a party!

ground black pepper

red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
Select a large baking tray and line with parchment paper.
Form the meat mixture into small balls (approximately 1-inch diameter) and place them on the baking tray.
Grill on high for about 8 minutes a side, or until meatballs are just starting to brown and crisp).
Serve with Yogurt Mint Sauce and pita or tortilla bread.
Notes
I didn’t use an egg to bind these meatballs, and it didn’t need it, but you could add an egg if you wanted to.
