I love sloppy joes and these homemade ones are my favourite. I love that they are so easy and quick to make. I can have a very satisfying meal in mere minutes.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons mustard
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon onion powder
6 small hamburger buns

Instructions

Brown the ground beef and drain.
In a bowl, mix up the rest of the ingredients, except the buns. Pour over the meat and stir.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Allow simmering for 5 minutes.
Serve over buns.
