1 ½teaspoonsground cumin
1 ½teaspoonsground coriander
1cupbeer - at room temperature
1cuptomato sauce
1tablespoonbrown sugar
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonhot sauce
4mediumhamburger buns
Instructions
In a large skillet, put the ground beef and cook, stirring with a spoon to crumble it, until well browned; season with a bit of salt and black pepper. Add the chiles, garlic, chilli powder, cumin and coriander. Cook, stirring for approximately 2 minutes.
Add beer, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar, and hot sauce in a medium bowl and stir.
Add the mixture over the meat, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes or ready to serve.
