Delicious Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
Eleanor Craig
These are very basic teriyaki turkey meatballs, but rather than a typical marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, I’ve created a teriyaki sauce with Asian flavors.

Instructions
Finely dice half of an onion and saute until translucent.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger and pepper. Mix until well combined and form 1-1.5 ounce balls.
Heat up a few tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Put the meatballs into the skillet, continually rotating until all sides are browned.
Pour in the Teriyaki sauce and continue cooking until no pink shows, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rice, lettuce leaves and veggies to create a lettuce wrap.
