Start by putting two pounds of ground beef in a large bowl, and let it warm up. If you try and mix it straight out of the fridge, you'll freeze your fingers. Give it 10 minutes on the counter. I promise it'll be fine.
Toss in your one egg, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup panko crumbs.
Grab your seasonings. I use this, but go ahead and play around with some different spices if you're feeling adventurous. It's pretty hard to screw up a meatball.
Mush it all together until it's all mixed well. Lay out some foil on a baking sheet.
I used a small cookie scoop to form my meatballs and laid them all out on the baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake them for 20 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
Pop them on a plate, cover them in barbecue sauce, and enjoy!
If there are any questions you have, feel free to ask! And, what's your favourite side dish to have with meatballs? Mine is mashed potatoes!
