This Cuban style Chinese fried rice is an excellent infusion of the two cuisines. The dish is really delicious and takes a little effort to make at home.

soy sauce

Instructions
Cut ½ pound of naturally hickory smoked thick sliced bacon into small pieces and rinse with water.
Place bacon in a large pot at medium-high and sauté.
Remove excess fat from the bacon after cooking.
Cut ½ a medium onion into small pieces and mince with your electric chopper.
Place minced onion in a pot together with bacon and sauté.
Add minced pork to the pot with the onion and bacon and sauté.
Thoroughly mix in 3 cups of slightly undercooked unsalted long-grain white rice.
Add mixed vegetables to the rice.
Add soy sauce to taste. Do not use too much. Let your guests add soy sauce to their individual portions when fried rice is served.
Crack 2 eggs into the rice and mix.
Add green onions to rice. Cook rice at low heat for about 15 minutes.
