Instructions
In a large pan, heat olive oil and set to low heat.
Once the oil is warm, add in the onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Simmer until tender.
Next, add in the ground turkey breast. Once brown, add in the diced tomatoes, seasoning packs, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water.
Mix up thoroughly and let simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
