28ouncesmarinara sauce - chopped or pureed tomatoes

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot. Add onions and carrots and sauté for about 10 minutes or until they start to get soft and fragrant. For the last minute, add garlic and mix.
Add ground turkey; using a wooden spatula, break it down into tiny pieces and incorporate well with onions, carrots and garlic. Cook until all turkey turns grey throughout the pot.
Add all your spices, fresh herbs, wine, Worcestershire. Mix well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Try not to remove the lid to allow all the flavours to stay in the pot.
Add marinara sauce or chopped/pureed raw tomatoes and mix well.
Further reduce heat, cover and cook for about 1 hour when using marinara sauce and 2to 3 hours when using canned raw tomatoes).
