Instructions
Heat oil in a wok in medium-high heat. Add dry chili and fry for 5 seconds. Add the chopped onion, ginger and garlic and cook until slightly brown.
Add turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, and breaking up the meat with the side of the spoon for about 5 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric, cumin, ginger and garlic paste—cook for 2 minutes.
Add chili powder, soy sauce and tomato puree—cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
Add tofu, spring onion and cilantro. Stir slowly and mix well—cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with spring onions or cilantro.
