Terms and Conditions – mincerecipes.info Newsletter Subscription Giveaway

1. Promotion Overview

   • This giveaway is run by mincerecipes.info.

   • Entry to this giveaway is open to individuals who subscribe to the mincerecipes.info newsletter.

2. Entry Period

   • The giveaway begins 10 March 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (your local timezone) on April 30, 2025.

3. Eligibility

   • Entrants must subscribe and remain subscribed to the mincerecipes.info newsletter throughout the giveaway period and until the draw date, May 1, 2025.

   • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   • Entrants must actively maintain their subscription and not unsubscribe prior to the draw date to be eligible.

4. Prize

   • Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) copy of Jamie Oliver’s “Easy Air Fryer: Big & Bold Delicious Food” Hardcover edition or similar Jamie Oliver cookbook if unavailable.

   • The prize will be purchased through Amazon and delivered directly to the addresses provided to the winners.

   • mincerecipes.info is responsible for purchasing and shipping the prize via Amazon.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

   • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants on 1 May 2025.

   • Winners will be notified via email provided during newsletter sign-up within three (3) business days following selection.

   • Winners must respond to the email within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Delivery of Prize

   • Winners must provide a valid mailing address upon request for prize delivery.

   • Prize delivery is restricted to countries where Amazon provides shipping services.

7. Privacy

   • Information provided by participants will be used solely for administering this giveaway and managing newsletter subscriptions.

   • Participants’ data will not be shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver prizes.

8. General Conditions

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

   • mincerecipes.info reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason.
